Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of your scheduled services in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. Clients cancelling within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue booking services at Studio 406 Hair Salon.
Please note, cancellations can only be made through online booking, or through calling the salon. We DO NOT accept cancellations by email.
No Shows
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without contacting the salon to cancel, you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the services reserved. You will also be required to have a credit card on file to secure any future bookings. Please note, you must cancel your appointments during Studio 406 Hair Salon open hours. We require a phone call in order to cancel your appointments within less than 24 hours.
Clients who have been a “no show” on more than one occasion will be required to pay in full before any future appointments are booked.
Late/Tardy Policy
We will always try our best to accommodate you if you are running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, we know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our teams’ day by delaying them for their clients who come in on time. For this reason, we have set a few general ground rules for such situations.
Clients will generally be allowed a 15-minute grace period. After that time, we will call to check on your estimated time of arrival. If you are able to make it in time for your entire service to be completed, great! If not, you may have to forego parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you. Please, call ahead if you even think you might be late; we would rather know as early as possible so we can do our best to fit you in without upsetting the flow of our day.
After 15 mins there will be a $15 late fee
Kid Policy
Please no children unless they are receiving a service! If bringing children for a service, please keep control of them or you will be asked to leave and service must still be paid for. You are responsible for any damages if you bring your children.
We only service Children 12 and up at the current time .
Cell Phones and hand held Devices
As a courtesy to others Please silence your cell phones and other devices. Do not use speakerphone, we ask for you to use headphones or text.
Methods of payment
Studio 406 Hair Salon accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and Cash.
All credit cards have a Convenience fee of 2.75% your total.
Services
We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salons. We offer complimentary fixes within 48 hours of the service completion pending management approval.
The complementary service must be due to the mistake of the service provider. Not due to changing your mind about the service requested (after the service has been performed). In the case of a disagreement, management must validate a redo. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive the complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.
It is important you contact the Salon as soon as you are dissatisfied so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service.
Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.
Protecting your Clothing At Salon Visits
Our stylists follow proper procedures during color services using neck towels & chemical capes that cover the arms and body so color does not stain clothing items. It is out recommendation that you keep your arms properly concealed. If a client does not keep his or her arms covered, it is not the responsibility of the stylist should color fall onto your clothing. We always use color blocker that does not stain on the hairline. Client aprons are available, but you are welcome to bring a T-shirt in the case a color robe is unavailable.
