Just wanna go over a few things !
Please make sure you fill out the COVID FORM you will receive in your email confirmation.
No extra people during your appointment due to limited space, and bring the bare minimum for your appointment.
Please confirm all appointments through your text or email that you will receive from our online booking system; you will receive a reminder 72 hours before your appointment and 24 hours.
If you are 10 mins late a late fee will be added on to your service of $15.
Appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule and be charged as a late cancellation, which is 50%of the service you booked.
Same day cancellation AND NO SHOW NO CALL will be charged 100% of the service you booked.
Please make sure you are booking the correct service when making your appointment; for example, if you book a color service and come in the day of and decide not to receive the service, you will be charged for the service you book. The same goes as if you book a shampoo and style and want to add a service, it may not be possible to add a service on the same day. If you would like to add a service or change service, you must do so 72 hours BEFORE your appointment.
